Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We are pleased to offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $150.

Domestic orders under $150 are sent via standard shipping for a flat rate of $10, or express post for a flat rate of $15. 

 

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped with a smile within 1-2 business days*. If your order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, it will be shipped the following business day. 

*Please note, processing times may vary in periods of high volume. If we are experiencing delays with shipping, we will do our best to bring this to your attention at the time of purchase. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting our family business. 

 

I have changed my mind, can I cancel or change my order?

Decided last minute that another colour is more to your liking? Accidentally added too many or not enough items to cart? Been there, done that, we get it.

We want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase and will do what we can to help. Please email us at hello@cosyjoey.com.au as soon as possible to enquire whether we can assist.

Please note that once your order has been packed for sending it is final and cannot be changed or cancelled.

 

When will I receive my order?

Please note that shipping times will vary based on the delivery option chosen at checkout and your address.

While we wish we could teleport your package immediately to your door, we are at the whim of the Postie. Unfortunately, this means we have no control over the speed at which your package is delivered once it has left our hands. Cosy Joey are not liable for unforeseen shipping delays caused by Australia Post or other carriers.

Please be mindful of public holidays, which may impact dispatch and delivery times throughout the year.

 

How do I track my parcel?

Yay! Your delivery is on its way! 

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with your tracking number so you won’t miss any important updates. Whether you are just dying to get your hands on your fabulous purchase, or you want to be home to hide the evidence of a late-night shopping spree, we have you covered! You can follow the Postie’s whereabouts as he brings your parcel straight to your door.

EEP! My package has been lost/stolen/damaged in transit can you help?

If there is a delivery hiccup after your order is shipped, we will always do our best to assist where we can. 

Despite our best efforts and those of our shipping partners to protect your products during transit, damages can sometimes occur. If your product arrives damaged as a result of the shipping process, we want to make it right. We will ask you to provide images of the package delivery (i.e photo of the damaged box prior to opening) and let us know if you would like us to: 

- send a replacement to you; or

- provide you with a refund.

Upon receipt of a returned item reported as damaged, we will perform a quality check to assess the extent of the damage and confirm it aligns with your description of the damage. If the damage is confirmed to be due to shipping or a manufacturing defect, we will proceed with the corrective action at no additional cost to you. 

Cosy Joey is not liable for damage, theft, or loss of parcels once they have been delivered to your door. 

We encourage you to track your orders using the tracking information provided and contact Australia Post in the event of any shipping concerns. 

Please note, we’re unable to offer replacements or refunds for missing items.

Yes, we do! 

Cosy Joey offers flat rate international shipping to the following regions:

Zone 1: New Zealand - $15.90

Please visit Australia Post for specific delivery estimates for your country.

International delivery times vary but usually arrive within 7-15 business days. 

If your country zone is not listed, please email us at hello@cosyjoey.com.au to ask whether we can ship to you.

Please be aware, international friends! Any customs charges, duties, or taxes (including VAT) are the responsibility of the receiver, so please be aware of potential extra costs when your order arrives. Cosy Joey isn’t liable to cover these charges, and unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund if you choose not to pay them on delivery.

To avoid surprises or disappointment, we recommend checking with your local postal carrier about any import fees before placing your order. We are unable to influence or predict the amount charged for customs duties or taxes and are unable to assist with this process.
